Quick Second Period Comments

We shall do this point-form style, as there is not much time left before the third period.

-We are being outshot miserably, which is what I was afraid of, it seems that this trend continues after the preseason, this is something that must be fixed.

-We are failing at the face-off dot. This is self explanatory, I'm sure this will either be fixed or we will bring some one in to do the fixing.

-The Avalanche scored, thus tying the game. It was on a scramble of sorts, the third shot at Garon went in, I believe it was Sakic.

In short we need to do better in the third, we looked pretty good at several different times in the second, and if we can capture that more often in the third, we may be able to pull this one through.
