I have been really hard on you this season, and I mean everything I've said, but I would never wish anything even remotely similar to what may have occurred tonight on you or any player in the league.
I will be waking early tomorrow in hopes of hearing some good news, something like this: "It was a very close call, but it ended up being a shallow cut on the upper eyelid and there will be no long-lasting damage or effects."
